Early revisions have U39/RN132 still fitted: with those present the board will not boot an Athlon XP 2200+ (or any Thoroughbred CPUs). Removing these two components (in the side of the memory slots near the board edge) will fix this. Iwill has done this modification in later revisions of the board.
