Supports both Socket 754 and 939 CPUs on the same board design, never released. Official release of this board is called "K8 Combo-Z" and uses ULi M1689 single-chip instead SiS 755FX + SiS 965.

AGP-only northbridge paired with newer southbridge for optional PCIe lanes, possible due to SiS MuTIOL link between bridges.
