Second generation PPU from AGEIA prototyped in mid-2007 under the cancelled "Maplewood" project. The core contains small improvements, PCI Express 1.1, and has double the pipeline count of the first generation PPU. The frequency target was increased to 733MHz but existing samples appear to operate around 600MHz. It is rumored the frequency increase was aided by an optical shrink to 110nm or 90nm, but this information has never been confirmed.
