82356DS Xpress Memory DRAM Control (RCA):

This 160-pin device generates the RAS# and CAS# signals to the Xpress Interface Bus main memory. The 82356DS includes the address MUX/LATCH which takes the host address and generates the multiplexed memory addresses. A 64-bit wide memory path is supported using 36-bit SIMMs.
