SiS' first AGP 8x chipset, key improvements are 1 GB/s MuTIOL interconnect, AGP 8x and official support for the 3.06 GHz Pentium 4.

Drops support for PC100/133 SDRAM and 3.3V AGP.

Key features are:

  • 400/533 MHz FSB speed, supports Pentium 4/Celeron processors with the Willamette and Northwood cores, although some boards support Prescott as well.
